The Role

  • Managing and handling incoming support calls in relation to Financial Accounting, and Payroll packages.
  • First point of contact for customers who have a query or problem with any of our systems, decide what actions to take and follow it through to completion are key capabilities.
  • Able to observe a client’s business process and recommend the require solutions to fit individual business needs.
  • To complete projects within scale and the confidence to see new projects through to completion.

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer support role
  • Professional in your approach and well-presented
  • Experienced in Financial Accounting packages to Nominal Ledger, Trial Balance and Balance Sheet level – including Bank Reconciliation, Management Accounts, Stock Control, Job Costing, Debtor/Creditor Control, VAT, PAYE – with a working knowledge MS Office.
  • Knowledge or experience of Financial Accounting within the Construction Sector also a distinct advantage.
