Salary 30,000 - 40,000 DOE
The role will include all areas of accounts such as;
- Accounts Receivable/Debtors
- Banking, Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow
- Creditors, posting, reconciling, correspondence, payments
- Projects/Exhibitions – Administration, Accounting, Costing, Fee Calculation
- Preparation of monthly Management reports
- Accounts to Trial Balance Level for three client companies
- VAT Returns and Reconciliation
- Payroll preparation and administration
- PAYE Returns
Essential skills required for this role:
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced bookkeeper/administrator with a breath of experience covering all aspects of book-keeping up to and including preparation of the Trial Balance.
- Excellent working knowledge of Sage Line50 and Microsoft Professional Payroll.
- Attention to detail, with excellent data entry skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work on their own initiative and take ownership of this senior role.
- Flexibility and an ability to adapt and work to deadlines.
- An excellent telephone manner.
- Fluent in English.
